Where are you located?
We are conveniently located in the heart of Deep Cove Village, 4330 Gallant Ave (next to Deep Cove Pharmacy and Cafeh).
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes!
We don’t have walk-in appointments at this time so please book your private session online (here) in advance of your arrival. If you can’t find a time that works with your schedule, please email us at info@jardindeepcove.ca and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Where do I park?
Parking in Deep Cove is always an adventure and can be extremely busy during the summer months or on a bright, beautiful day. We DO NOT have designated parking so please plan ahead and allow extra time to find a spot either in the Panorama Park Parking Lot or in the nearby overflow areas. What should I bring to the session?
We recommend wearing a bathing suit or exercise clothes, whichever is most comfortable for you. We will provide a robe and towel for each guest to use during the session. Please also bring sandals or flip flops for the outdoor area and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Can we bring food?
It’s recommended to eat prior to arriving at the session so that you can truly relax and unwind. Food is not permitted in the sauna but could be consumed outside in the rest areas if desired.
