Take time to move, reset and recharge with Slow Flow Yoga, followed by time in the infrared hot sauna and cold plunge. Wrap up with quiet rest in our peaceful garden oasis.
This Monday evening experience is designed to help you unwind and reconnect through movement, heat, cold, and stillness.
Slow Flow Yoga is an active and grounding practice. Starting slow, building to a more vigorous sequence and winding down for rest.
A little bit about Jane - a hot/cold enthusiast, Jane is often dipping her toes in the local waters after time in the trails. Her yoga teaching is informed by many lineages over a 20+ year practice.
