Join us for a serene and restorative 60-minute class combining gentle yoga postures with the healing power of sound. Cherise guides you through slow, mindful movements, deep breathing and soothing sound vibrations - crystal bowl, harmonium and more. This class helps release tension, promote relaxation and restore balance.

Accessible for all levels, including beginners & seniors

Recommended Props for Comfort & Support: yoga mat, blocks, yoga strap, bolster or firm pillow for support, blanket for warmth & coziness, eye pillow or small towel for deeper relaxation.
